I just ran into your blog. I have a almost 2 year old 25 weeker. What a beautiful song. thank you for sharing
I am a crying mess too. I have not been through what I am guessing you have, but this gives me a whole new appreciation for my children. Days are not always easy, patience grow thin. My kids are not always greeted with a loving smile/hug as they should be...thanks for reminding me to give them my all :)
